Our support team uses Zendesk for managing all support tickets. In some cases, you may want to log into Zendesk and view any tickets created by you or your team. By logging in with your Zendesk account you can:
- View any tickets created by your team (anyone with the same email address domain name as you.)
- View and reply to any tickets that you have created.
How to Log Into Your Zendesk Account
Before you can log into Zendesk, you must first create an account. There are two ways to do this:
- Create a ticket by sending an email to email@example.com. This will automatically create a ticket within Zendesk and, if it’s your first time writing to us, will also create an account for you associated with the email address from which you contact us.
- Create an account without creating a ticket first by clicking the “Sign in” button at the top of any page on the Help Center, and click the “Sign up” link at the bottom of the dialog that appears and complete the form. We'll send you a welcome email to verify your email address and log you in.
If you have already sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org but haven’t yet logged into your Zendesk account, you’ll need to first verify your email address and choose a password. To do this, click the “Sign in” button at the top of any page on the Help Center and choose the “Get a password” link on the dialog that appears. Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions. You can also use this process to reset your password if you ever forget it.
How to View Your Tickets
Once you’ve created your account and logged into Zendesk, you can view any tickets that you or your team has created and reply to any tickets that you created. To view your tickets, log into Zendesk and click your name in the upper-right corner of the Help Center and choose “My Activities”. Here you will find tickets that you created or on which you were CC’d as well as those created by your team. You can filter the tickets by status and search to find the one you want to view or reply to.
