Proactive and holistic, Technical Account Managers deeply understand your business to provide guidance and assurance as you leverage Tempest tools and services. Our team is committed to your success, offering benefits beyond technical support through analysis, planning, and prioritization. 


Assignment is offered for enterprise level customers. At the start of migration, your enterprise is paired with an assigned Technical Account Manager (TAM) - an advocate and liaison to ensure your needs have visibility and are appropriately understood by all Tempest teams.

Analysis & Planning

Our team proactively reviews site templates, weekly revenue reports, and analytics to make recommendations that will help you achieve your goals. With strong expertise and industry knowledge, TAM's will also prioritize implementation of Tempest features that well align with your business objectives, giving guidance on initial stages of the project (discovery, scoping). 


Recurring meetings with your TAM to review goals and projects. Your TAM will summarize any ongoing projects providing updates as they relate to your business. We review your satisfaction and discuss needs to stay ahead.
